Music.Film Recordings has released Craig Armstrong’s score for The Burnt Orange Heresy—Original Motion Picture Soundtrack in partnership with Varèse Sarabande Records. It’s an evocative accompaniment to the sleek neo-noir thriller. The soundtrack and Sony Pictures Classics film starring Claes Bang, Elizabeth Debicki, Donald Sutherland and Mick Jagger will be released in theaters from March 6th.
“It was a great experience to write for a film that had a lot of space for the music to grow and with such dynamic and colourful characters to compose for. The long edits within the filming gave room for the music to develop which made for a very enjoyable process as well as working with the director Giuseppe Capotondi for the first time too. I hope everyone enjoys the experience.”
